This section is designed to explain the steps you need to follow to apply for a residence permit. According to the new procedure made on 29.11.2023, students should submit their files to the Student Affairs Office as soon as possible without waiting for any appointment. The files are regularly delivered to the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management by the university every week. After your ID card is printed, it will be sent to the address you specified during the application. After receiving your card, please submit a double-sided photocopy to the Student Affairs Office. Please review the following documents carefully to avoid any problems in your procedures.

**Do not use your application number to make tuition payment, use the "Accrual Number" on your application form.
